Workshop: The Art of the Yiddish Book

July, 2022 - In collaboration with YIVO Institute for Jewish Research and Center for Book Arts, students were invited to participate in an immersive experience in Jewish creativity. A wonderful cohort learned to print on the Vandercook proof press, use wood type, cut linoleum blocks, pressure print, and make multicolor collaborative prints. Learn more.

National Endowment of the Humanities: The Book: Material Histories, Digital Futures

June, 2018 - I created the artist’s book “Things/Zachen/Devarim” over the course of a month-long immersive Summer Institute. The artist’s book is a capacious genre, entailing "multiple democracies" and one-of-a-kind objects made from expensive paper and luxurious bindings. Learn more.
